Developing on l10n is annoying b/c I always forget to link my local package to see the changes live. so i added some stuff to the readme and made a command for it.
TBH the command itself probably isn't useful, but i'm thinking we can eventually make a robust CLI for this app that lets you select what downstream dependencies you want and alias them to certain configurations.
