DynamO 1.7.2 release

This is just a maintenance release. There's some bug-fixes for visualisation, along with some small usability fixes in the code.

DynamO 1.7 release

This release is the first where Windows and Mac OSX are supported.

All of the builds used for testing on each platform are available below; however, OSX and Linux have highly variable libraries and you may have to compile yourself!

The zip and msi/deb packages all contain the same thing. Just use whichever package/install method is most convenient to you.
