I went through and fixed all things I found that prevent a successfull build.
I also added a test to the upload pipeline where the uploaded package is installed and the version printed to the action output. I did not add automatic check to see if the version install is in fact the newest release, did'nt know how to acomplish that, but it can at least now be verified manualy. Also if printing the version fails the package is corrupt.
