This repository contains the scripts that perform data processing/analysis on the City of Portland's Zendesk instance.
The data is currently used by the PDX 311 Customer Service Program to provide internal dashboards and metrics on issue resolution.
Files within the data folder contain user-provided informatoin (e.g., descriptions of graffiti), and therefore may contain offensive language.
