v0.2.0-alpha.3

Prerelease of dioxus-code, dioxus-code-editor and dioxus-code-macro for Dioxus 0.8.0-alpha.3, released from the 0.8 branch. All three are on crates.io as 0.2.0-alpha.3 and pin Dioxus =0.8.0-alpha.3.

Dioxus 0.7 users aren't affected: keep using 0.1, which is still the latest stable release.

This release builds on @ealmloff's Dioxus 0.8 port on the 0.8 branch (see #7) and @nikuda's alpha.2 update (originally #12): editor event attributes ported to 0.8, the obsolete editor props example removed, and the Dioxus dependency centralized. Both are merged through #13, which also brings the three crates to the same version again (the branch had them at 0.1.3, 0.1.4 and 0.1.2). The docsite now depends on dioxus-components' 0.8 branch at a pinned commit.
