Please follow the template below and provide at least information for

Background and Motivation

When viewing a page in a language and if one of the properties is not available in respective language Show the label of the Property + [Non disponibile in Italiano] OR [Nicht verfuegbar auf deutsch] depending on the selecting languages.

Proposed change

Example: https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/metadata-codelist/LimitationsOnPublicAccess
Change the language and see how the text bellow Label changes

Added a new label on the frontend that appears when the label or definition of an item is not available on the current selected language.
