Wrong display of the group in webapp

On the instance I have in the backend I can see the groups as in the image bellow

instead when I go to the webapp the register Owner is wrong

To have a similar situation, please create other groups than the default ones.
Try to create a different one for each group. Maybe the problem persist in more that just the register owner.

After analyzing this issue, we noticed that the groups were not appearing consistently between the frontend and backend. Therefore, we made modifications to the code to ensure this functionality operates correctly.
