• Adds a feature to export a transcript of the incident channel chat.
• Fixes bug where bot name was hardcoded so it uses its name as configured in the Slack app now.
• Fixes bug where internal incident creation would fail looking for response_url.
• Fixes bug where internal incident creation didn't work due to incorrect indentation.
• Adds variable for Auth0 domain name and forces providing it if enabling auth0 as an option for external provider statuses.
• Removes a few more options that were hardcoded in favor of variables.
• Removes all deploy samples except for Docker.
