  2. Remove jacoco-maven-plugin from build 

    Data from it is not used at all nor reported in anyway thus it's just
one more thing being downloaded, run and thrown away.
Removes ${tycho.testArgLine} from surefire argLine as it's not defined
anywhere and this wasn't breaking the build thanks to jacoco adding its
parameters first.
