Strong Lottery Ticket Hypothesis with $\varepsilon$--perturbation

Code for "Strong Lottery Ticket Hypothesis with $\varepsilon$--perturbation". The code is adapted from https://github.com/acnagle/optimal-lottery-tickets.

The "subset-sum" folder is for the experiment in section 6.1. The "pruning" folder is for the experiment in section 6.2. The "pruning_prpe" folder is for the additional experiment that reverses two steps in Algorithm 1 (section 6.2). The "pruning_random" folder is for the additional experiment that resamples x_0 (section 6.2).
