First of all - a very nice tool! Rather handy for getting a quick overview of system state.
You probably have your own backlog already, but here are a few more suggestions for improvement:
add parameters category
keyboard support in navigating and scrolling and selecting
echo mode sticky across topics (choosing echo in one topic and then selecting another should auto-subscribe to the other as well)
echo mode could also show stats like topic frequency / bandwidth
resizable message area
resizable left pane
subcommand should default to nodes or topics, as anyway one can navigate through all the categories when running

I almost agree with you, but some of them may be troublesome with textual (using TUI library).I am considering use of the other TUI library.
Anyway, I will fix from easier and more important one. Thanks.
