Build of TVM

$ git clone https://github.com/dmlc/tvm.git --recursive
$ cp config.cmake ./tvm
$ docker build -t tvm docker
$ ./opendocker.sh tvm
##### in docker container #####
$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake ../tvm
$ make
