This would prevent restic-docker-swarm from backing up to the default directory of the SFTP account which would be safer when multiple volumes are backed onto a remote server.

Add a safeguard against empty or no repositories in rds.repos label

This commit adds safeguards against situations where empty or
no repository names are supplied via the rds.repos label. This
now results in an error message.

resolves #1
