  • Egla completed required PHP classes for training , vacancies , jobseekers, assistance. She implemented CRUD methods and other required functionalities.

  • Egla created DB tables for trainings, vacancies, assistance, staff_members, salaries, mediation obeying the relationships between tables.
  • Anisa created DB tables for businesses and business_workers
  • Boris created DB tables for jobseekers

  • Egla started with building of Staff Management System, by completing the creation of staff_members PHP class. She wrote required methods, validation classes, CRUD interface and DB_connection_establish class.

After receiving the feedback from our professor, for Requirements Specification, the right corrections were made.

Diagrams were discussed between members

  • Egla- explained in details the structure of the project.
    She proposed different cases and made clear the position of each staff members in those situations.

We had a long meeting, in order to finalize the structure our software consists of.
Egla represented the information gathered to other members.
We added new requirements specification to our documentation.
Each team member was assigned the following task:

  • Anisa, creating use cases.
  • Egla, creating activity diagrams.
  • Boris, creating the DB schema representation.

  • Egla met with a representative of the Institution of Interest (Sherbimi Kombetar i Punesimit).
    The whole organizational schema of the institution ZPT was discussed in details , and gave us new insights.

Research about Requirement Specification. Gathering information regarding our software

  • Anisa + Egla , were responsible for functional and domain requirements.
  • Enes was responsible for product requirements.

The proposed topics for project were:

  • Building reservation system for bus ticket
  • Building canteen/restaurant automation system
    Because of drawbacks of presented ideas we tried to focus more on finding a problem (unemployment) which requires an immediate solution.
    We also decided the name of our project.
