Bugfixes

  • Extend retry backoff to 10 minutes for GitHub API rate limit errors
    • Network errors (timeout, dial tcp) keep the existing 2-minute retry window
    • Rate limit errors now dynamically extend backoff to MaxInterval=60s, MaxElapsedTime=10min on first detection
    • Fixes jobs still failing after v0.0.73 because 2-minute window was too short for GitHub rate limit resets
