🔌 MCP Proxy Support (AGENT_MCP_PROXY)

• When AGENT_MCP_PROXY is set, eksecd fetches MCP server configs from the proxy's /servers endpoint and writes HTTP-based MCP URLs into agent config files
• Supports both Claude Code (type: "http") and OpenCode (type: "remote") agents
• Skips MCP config artifact downloads when proxy is enabled since the proxy handles server lifecycle
• Removes NO_PROXY injection to allow proxy routing for loopback addresses

🌐 Default Backend URL Update

• Updated default backend URL from claudecontrol.onrender.com to api.eksec.ai
