• Skills: Extracts skill ZIPs to ~/.codex/skills/ with full SKILL.md discovery
• Proxy Support: Proxied MCP processor writes HTTP URL configs for managed container mode

🔓 Environment Variable Access

• No filtering: Sets shell_environment_policy with ignore_default_excludes = true so Codex doesn't auto-filter env vars matching SECRET/KEY/TOKEN patterns
• Full access: Ensures all configured secrets and API keys are available to the agent process
