Command line syntax changed. See readme for details
Simplified code structure.
Removed dependencies / nuget packages.
Added .msi installer, automatically adds VDesk.exe to system path.
.dll merged into main assembly with ILMerge.
Fixed #23 (x64 build allows bash to be run directly, no longer using SysWoW64) and #24.
