Add storyteller, karma, joinraid, and traits Update command index and documentation to expose several information commands: add !traits to the Commands index, and add !storyteller, !karmasettings, and !joinraid entries. Also note the internal AI chatbot command (ricsaichatbot) is disabled by default. Information-Commands.md now includes detailed sections for !storyteller (source: ViewerCommands.cs), !karmasettings, and !joinraid (source: JoinRaid class) with purpose, usage and relevant notes (requires active game/Twitch where applicable).
