They make the main list longer and harder to skim. These things should be out of the way.
As Katrin pointed out correctly, that's not necessary. If the data directory of MeiliSearch is deleted, all indices are gone. And in that case, it is always rebuild by `tobira worker` on startup. So no need to manually do it.
