Move WMI metric capture from Logstash to metric beats

Describe the enhancement:

It seems reasonable to have all metric capture elements called from the same code, so I will like to be able to capture metrics called from WMI from Etric beat configuration

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature:
Just a better approach and keeps all metric capture components in one place.

Is there any chance that the WMI functionality from Logstash could be moved into metricbeats?

Reasons:
As I understand logstash is a central function. So using this requires remote calls and security configuration
metric beat is where metrics are collate and set through to elastic. So why go somewhere else for your metrics.
