Proposed commit message
Enabled macOS arm tests for x-pack/filebeat on Buildkite as it was in Jenkins. After orka macOS agent adjustments & retry enabling tests seems to be working.
Shouldn't be backported to 7.17, since there is no macOS arm step in Jenkins for 7.17.
