Update title and description of Security integrations for consistency

What does this PR do?

This updates the titles and descriptions as per #1900. Specifically:

• Change Cisco and Cyber-Ark to the deprecated format in Update title and description based on guidelines for Elastic Agent based Security integrations #1900 (comment).
• Make Microsoft deprecated using the same format. Relates Deprecate Microsoft package #1937.
• Change description for network_traffic.
• Update the packages that were missed in the previous update.
