[AWS][EBS] Add metric types for TSDB support

What does this PR do?

Add field metric type to the EBS data stream for TSDB support.

Details

All metrics are gauge as they both increment and decrement. Even though some of them are obtained through a sum, this is not a cumulative value over time but rather a sum at an exact time.
