What does this PR do?

• Manually migrate Stan visualizations to the lens in the current Kibana version 8.10.2 itself.

Checklist

• Client IP Count Timeline panel from [Logs STAN] Overview dashboard contains IP Range function. As of now (till Kibana 8.10.2), IP range function is not supported in lens.
