Searches for "-" fails for any @fields #327

Searching for "-" silently fails also trying to exclude by "-" fails as well.
Happens in both Firefox and Chromium.

What is your elasticsearch mapping for these fields ? Are they defined as not_analyzed ?

Since I do not know how to define them as not_analyzed I am guessing not. Is there some documentation I can reference to verify?

This is not a Kibana bug, you need to properly define a mapping/template. See here: http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/reference/mapping/core-types/
