[Dev Tools] Call .destroy on ace when react component unmounts #78132

Summary

The list of registered workers grows when switching between Console and SearchProfiler. This contribution fixes that.

No known issues are linked to this leak, so assuming it is not a major issue - but it is definitely good hygiene to release resources.
