Major refactor to ksniff:

  1. Moving to native client - ksniff becomes a golang project that use kuberenetes api instead of running kubectl directly
  2. Adding CI - using travis to build and release, now shipping compiled binaries.
  3. Adding multiple OS support - Linux, Windows, Mac

Better error handling, kubectl 1.12+ support and more.
