This call was meant to save changes to the Contact's avatar hash, but the hash is no longer stored there, making this call obsolete.

Note that a29f469 depends on element-hq/mautrix-go#3, though technically it will work regardless of that PR being merged since the commit is already checked-in & thus available to |
