What Happened?

In the payment dialog if someone changes the price of an app to "0", the suggested action button label changes to "Pay $0.00"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select the dollar amount button for a paid app
  2. Change the dollar amount to "0"
  3. See that the button label says "Pay $0.00"

Expected Behavior

We should be smarter here and say something like "Try for Free"
