Problema na tela de bloqueio ou de login

Prezados, boa noite!

Preciso que informar que gosto muito do sistema operacional Elementary Os, desejo poder indicar para meus parentes e clientes como o melhor OS porém tenho tido muita dificuldade em poder defender um sistema que trava a tela de logon inviabilizando o acesso, todas as vezes que isto ocorre sou obrigado a instalar o SDDM pois o nativo não atende mais.

Peço apoio para corrigir este erro

Dears, good night!

I need to tell you all that I like a lot the elementary OS. I want to indicate to it to my clients and my 
family as the best OS but I'm having a lot of difficulty on defending a system that crashes the login
screen, blocking the access. Everytime this happens I'm obliged to install the SDDM, because the 
native don't fit my needings anymore.
