This workflow requires me to run `renv::snapshot()`. I think it is not intended for use with an R package repository, but maybe instead for a repository with one or more R markdown documents. I will just manually render the readme.

An important release:
R CMD checkis now passing! Variable J fits are also greatly improved, and several new calculations have been added (such as C3 limitations).
