There is some problems for accepting patches from you:

Helm is not in ELPA because you have refused to sign copyright papers to FSF,
so helm will not be merged there until I have cleaned and replaced all your code.
I spent three years cleaning and developing helm alone without any reply from you.
Now after all the work I did you want to add more rubikitch code here without any
commentary thus.
Consider signing FSF papers and give me good reasons to merge your code and we will see.

For the code above, there is no reasons to "refactorize" it is ok and working fine AFAIK.
