Sane 1.1.1 now supports watchman 3.1.0's watch-project command. So if watchman 3.1 is present, if everything works correctly a single watcher is attached to the root. This should dramatically reduce file watchers. [watch-project details](https://facebook.github.io/watchman/docs/cmd/watch-project.html) You may need to purge existing watchers for this to take affect.
