Errore nel merge dei files

Il notebook ipython creato per lo scraping dei dati è stato integrato con lo script di @geofrizz nel notebook CopernicusEMS_autoDownMerge.ipynb.
Funziona tutto tranne il merge finale, che si blocca per qualche motivo che non riesco a capire. Forse è dovuto a qualche dato corrotto...

Confermo l'errore nella gestione del settore 32; Anche secondo me si tratta di un qualche dato non proprio a posto, anche se qgis riesce a leggerlo tranquillamente.
