Once Babel 7 is release we can remove the additional static.babelrc.babel-preset-es2015tobabel-preset-envusing our target platform settings.babel-plugin-syntax-dynamic-importas it was already included withinstage-0preset.babel-plugin-transform-react-constant-elementsdue to known bugs.
