connection reset exceptions en masse using chromium based browsers

I make a TLS extension for stable-diffusion-webui and am currently trying to solve this issue: papuSpartan/stable-diffusion-webui-auto-tls-https#5. I doubt that this exception should actually be handled at uvicorn's level as I can see the benefit of being able to handle said exception downstream. However, I would really appreciate if someone more familiar with the implementation and RFC's could clarify this for me.
