Each board package comes with different versions of the tool-chain and utilities.

On my laptop:

  • arm-none-eabi-gcc: 4.8.4-20140725, 6.3.1-20170620, 8.3.1-20190703
  • DSlite: 7.1.0.1917, 7.2.0.2096, 8.0.0.1202, 8.2.0.1400, 9.1.0.1655, 9.2.0.1723
  • msp430-gcc: 4.6.4, 4.6.6, 6.4.0.32, 7.3.1.24, 7.3.2.154, 8.2.0.52, 8.3.0.16
  • ino2cpp: 1.0.2, 1.0.3, 1.0.6

Couldn't be nice to consolidate all those versions to ease maintenance and save space?
