  1. open User Wizard, type name , password and e-mail
  2. save the user but do not close the wizard
  3. clear the input wuth the e-mail
  4. type the same e-mail
    BUG:
  5. 'email is not avalable' is displayed for the input
  6. incorrect notification message appears: 'Email is invalid'
