Currently,
web3-utilsis set as adependencyeven though it appears to only be used for local development testing purposes.As a developer in the Ethereum ecosystem, it would be nice for
npmto not unnecessarily pull inweb3-utilsas a transitive dependency when using@ensdomains/ensas a project dependency. 🙂
