Person finder capability

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We would like to create a person finder capability so users can find people within an organisation. Each person should have their own page and there should be a search for people. People can have a sector and a location along with the usual contact details such as email and phone.

Person Search

• Allowed children: Person Search, Person
• Properties: see wireframe

Extend the settings (depends on #493) to add a list of locations and sectors which are used to set up the people.

Other points to note:

• Ensure image resizing is used on listing and presentation
• Please can we ensure this functionality is added to Foundation and also https://github.com/episerver/foundation-mvc-cms
