funderNames needs periodic update

The current version (October 2014) contains 8144 lines.
https://doi.crossref.org/funderNames?mode=list contains 10295 lines

NB the crossref version also contains (45 as of today) records with an 'R' at the end of the line, indicating that the DOI registered has been replaced (there should be an additional line with the right DOI), or that the funder name has changed.

Not sure how these should be handled (or whether the will break the autocomplete)?

Maybe Plugin/Event/UpdateAutocompleteFunderNames.pm to run once a month?
