In the new komodo python3 releases - it is not valid behaviour for our normal users to have /project/res ( and maybe other paths..? ) in their path. We should make sure the path is not contaminated when ERT start. If that is the case - the users should be warned they have entered dangerous grounds and should be aware of potentially unwanted behavior.

This should probably be resolved in equilibrium as it is for sure Equinorism

This warning should preferably be displayed when sourcing komodo.
