It looks like the image to sprite tool is not taking colours and the OR function in to consideration.

it would be great if that would be done as well like in the below tool.

Hi,

Yes you are right. This tools is for Monochrome sprite only.
It's a first attempt to add development tools ti the Fusion-c Package.
