Added SVG versions of most of the icons

• icons are in uniform at 30x30px
• did my best to maintain icon size and position
• only converted icons that had wi- names from home page
• only 1 icon for wind direction - easy to rotate it with transform: rotate(45)
• made lunar and arrow icons a little bigger - not 100% sure about that

How do you write the Swift Code to pull the Icons from a 5 day array? [ ] list, [ ] weather. { } 0, to get to icon
I have tried many ways, but can't get through these 3 layers.
