We need to verify this for relative images (should nonlocal images be kept absolute?), chips, thumbnails, and anything else stored as a file path in sql files.

We should actually check this for all files.

Things to verify:

• chips
• chip thumbnails
• query results
• images (localized only?)
• image thumbnails
