404 when attempting to download chrome extension

Install method: chocolatey
Vale version: 3.1.0 (latest at the time of writing)

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

After running vale host-install chrome, this is what I get, a 404.

 SUCCESS  writing config
fetching binary [1/3] ████████████████████████████████████████████████  33% | 0sE100 [host-install] Runtime error

could not fetch 'https://github.com/errata-ai/vale-native/releases/download//vale-native_Windows_x86_64.zip' (status code '404')

Execution stopped with code 1.
