CalendarMonthView - easy way to change images folder

I use CalendarMonthView in relatively big project, CalendarMonthView placed in separated "controls" folder. So to use it I should to update all paths to images files.

Please add an procedure or a CalendarMonthView's constructor parameter to set up where images should placed.

I'm not currently adding new features to the control, but if you do provide
a pull request with the change I would gladly take it!
