'search' filter is winning over the facets (facet filter + export to CSV produces incorrect results)

Hi @DiegoPino - Here is the issue that we discussed via email regarding how Drupal 10.2 changed the name of the actions which affects how we decide/when to store your facets values and make them then available for VBO.

To recap the problem, we use our search and replace to filter by a collection,
/admin/admin-search-and-replace?search_api_fulltext=stangroom&op=Search&f%5B0%5D=is_member_of_content_title%3AStangroom%20%28Marc%20LaRiviere%29%20Papers

and get 23 results. But when we Export those to CSV, we get 25 results - some of them not part of the selected Collection.
