Working on ECAD

Description

• Added buttons for dpad, abxy, start/select
• Added boost converter to go from lipo battery to 5V

Motivation and Context

Have to keep poking at it to start working on a board.

⚠️ There are some items in this schematic which have no package yet, so they still need to be defined. ⚠️

• Switches - need to decide which kind to use and model it
• Inductor (for power) - it will be this inductor
• Capacitors - esp. the polarized electrolytic

How has this been tested?

Still haven't :P
